LASAGNA SOUP: 
chop + dice one onion, garlic, and smoked sundried tomatoes 
in a pot: olive oil, onion, garlic, sundried tomatoes, and 1 lb ground italian sausage, 1 lb ground beef or turkey 
add tomato paste (as much or as little as your heart desires we don’t measure in this house)
add favorite jar of pasta sauce 
add 2 cartons of chicken broth 
1 cup of heavy cream or milk 
bring to a boil and add your favorite pasta 
add a bag of spinach for some greens! 
finish mozzarella, parmesan, or whatever your favorite cheese is
top with basil and serve with your favorite bread
