me & my mom live in a 2 bedroom up & down duplex that has been around for decades. it is molding in every part of the house and our landlord won’t do anything about it. we have a small dog. my mom, dog and i have been getting extremely sick from the mold and my mom has cancer so she is not at work as much as she’d like to be, therefore not making a lot of income. all i dream of is being able to move my mom into a house that’s better then this before her time comes. i don’t need “gifts”. we need money, only enough to be able to afford rent at the next home we may be able to find.
