Not too happy with this model. I previously had the Bissell icon and loved it. When that finally wore out I thought I'd treat myself to upgrade to the Turbo! It works great...But, the top is heavy (because of the hand vacuum). I'm getting used to that. But the hand held vacuum is VERY hard to release and use. This is the main reason I purchased the vacuum,for the hand held part. And I find I'm avoiding using the hand held machine. I use the hand held to clean many items in my house, like cleaning my sewing Machine and sewing room. That's my comment!!
