I’ve been sleeping on this pillow for a few weeks now and it’s very comfortable no matter my sleep position. Unlike most down alternative pillows, this one really feels like goose down. It’s thick, fluffy and plush. My head comfortably sinks into the pillow providing me with the perfect amount of support without falling flat. I’d say it’s just the right amount of medium support. I haven’t been tossing and turning all night. This pillow is a very good value.
