Absolute worst product ever. I’ve been a fan of Anker for so long, but after my last device from them exploded, I bought this one and it doesn’t even work. It literally only charges if it’s plugged into the wall. If I unplug it and plug it into a device that needs to be charged. It drains the battery of the device to recharge the battery pack, No matter what setting I have it on. I’ve gone into settings and changed it so that it’s output only and it still won’t charge any device. I’ve tried multiple cords as well - biggest waste of money. The first picture shows that it is charging the device while it’s plugged into a wall outlet. The second picture shows that when not plugged into a wall outlet it’s draining the battery from the device. I have it plugged into to recharge the battery pack.
