These are categorically the worst pillows we’ve ever purchased. The medium firmness is an extra soft with barely any support. The pillow reek of chemicals even after two days of letting them breath. Buffy’s support has been unresponsive to the point I doubt they actually have a full team to operate. The pillows arrive in an unmarked, dilapidated, poorly sealed box. Buffy’s advertised policies have not been met. It seems to me like this is a sham operation (no pun intended).
