The experience was great. The notion that drives the experience is great. The feeling and sentiment brought on by gifting it is great. The pendant itself is made of nice durable material. The failure with the item that I purchased came with the quality of the photograph when viewed through the peephole. My photo was off center and to the top which makes it difficult to see my wife’s dog’s eyes. The photo is washed out, nothing like the reproduction in the social media ads. We had just lost our guy to cancer and my wife is devastated. She gladly accepted the gift and loved it. I only wish that it wasn’t so convoluted for her to relive the memory. Would I buy it again? Probably. Would I recommend it? Probably. Do I wish that the photo was portrayed with higher quality results? Yes.
