This bidet appears to be well-made, though not as well as our Toto Washlet. However, the price point is significantly different. Unfortunately, I ordered the elongated version but received the round one. Consequently, I had to return the item, which was much more challenging than it should have been. To make matters worse, they were unable to exchange my item. I haven’t had the time to attempt reordering to see if this was a one-time manufacturing or packaging error.
