When I tell you I love this pillow, I love this pillow! It’s firm and keeps my neck from hurting me. Many years ago I injured my neck and ended up with whiplash and as a result of that I have annoying neck pain. I was told that I needed expensive orthopedic pillows but they don’t do anything except make the seller richer. When I say I’ve purchased every neck pillow out there, I have. What worked best for me was a rolled up towel but it didn’t hold the shape. This pillow did the trick. It’s great for travel, laying in bed watching tv or sleeping. The last pillow I had wasn’t as firm as this one and the cover was definitely not as soft. I used this for one night and went back the next day to get 2 more for when I destroy this pillow.
