I used to be Brooklinen’s biggest fan—my bed was a temple draped in their sheets, my pillows the crown jewels of comfort. But alas, my once firm and fluffy Brooklinen pillows have deflated into something reminiscent of a sad, overused pancake. And not the fluffy, diner-style kind—I'm talking limp, lifeless, and utterly disappointing. For the luxury price tag (over $400 for four pillows!), I expected longevity, but Brooklinen’s warranty taps out at two years. TWO YEARS. So, unless you’re into dropping serious cash biennially for the privilege of replacing pillows, these might not be for you. I reached out, hoping I had just received a bad batch, but nope—the rep subtly confirmed the new policy, which confirmed that the quality just isn’t what it used to be. That was the final heartbreak. I used to be a Brooklinen champion, decking out both my primary and secondary homes in their linens. But now? The trust is gone. Time to start the search for a new brand that won’t leave my head—and my wallet—feeling unsupported. Brooklinen, it was good while it lasted, but you lost me at "pancake. "
