Avenco 10-in Medium Hybrid Memory Foam/Coil Blend Mattress in a Box

This is supposed be conforming memory gel and 10" but even after waiting 4 days for it to expand and then use it over 40 days this thing was barely over 8.5" tall. Also there was almost no memory foam feel and no "cush" and felt like a board with a 1/2" quilt on top of it. I did call Lowes customer service and talked to a great agent who understood, from experience, in getting a good bed in a box and this was not it. However, Lowes info on this is conflicting and if you return to the store expect some push back. The manufacturer states 100 days test, but on their website it says ONLY if purchased from them. But Lowes shows 100 days in the listing text BUT the CSR shows only 90 AND with using my Lowes card. Plus the return desk wasn't prepared to deal with a return, but since I already talked to Lowes Customer Serivce AND did an online return form using the OTHER option for why I was returning it, all I had to do was say that it was pre-approved to return and it was to go to their "recycle" process which meant taking it outside to the back of the store. So, all in all, Buyer Beware!
