Dynamic Saunas Golden Designs Barcelona Select Elite 1-2-person PureTech Near Zero Far Infrared Sauna

I’ve been using an infrared sauna at my local spa for fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis pain relief, but getting there when I needed a session was problematic. I finally bought this during prime days. It’s well constructed and took under 1 hour to assemble… it did take 2 adults and an occasional 3rd pair of hands just due to size/weight, but it is engineered to slip together easily. After assembly, It took about 45 minutes to heat up to 140 degrees, and within 10 minutes of me going in, sweat was rolling off of me. I really enjoyed connecting with Bluetooth and being able to listen to my audiobook while I was in there. I really liked the fact that there is a heating element in the floor at my feet, and I have a lot of foot discomfort. Family members were surprised that it looked good and not overly large in my space… an old home with smaller rooms. I didn’t require any special electrical upgrades. It just plugs into a standard outlet. I can’t wait to continue to use this at my convenience!
