Great chair overall. Very comfortable to sit in and lots of ways to adjust it. I can only think of three rather minor details which keep me from giving a 5-star review. The chair is a bit heavy, so it can be hard to move. That said, it is easier to move than chairs of a similar weight, so this is the most minor of the three things I'm mentioning here. The arm rests are pretty good, but I think there's room for improvement. I like that they're a bit clicky so it's easy to ensure that they are moved into symmetrical positions. I think adding some sort of locking mechanism to the arm rests would make them perfect since it is very common for me to move the arm rests on accident. There is a button that you hold down when adjusting the height, but it does not prevent movement on any other axis. Lastly, there is one thing which i hadn't considered before buying the chair. I bought the cloth version because I like the breathable mesh back, I don't like plastic fabrics, and I figured that leather would be hard to care for, particularly because I have floor-to-ceiling windows in my apartment which let in a lot of sunlight. What I hadn't considered about the cloth option is how the texture of the fabric would feel. Now that it is summer and I am often wearing shorts I have found that the fabric is a bit rough on my skin. There is an easy solution to that, of course. I'm looking for a good cover with a softer material at the moment. That also helps with the risk of staining the fabric on the chair since it is not able to be removed for cleaning. Otherwise, I only have good things to say about the chair :) My posture has improved a lot since switching to using this one in my home office. It's a very comfortable chair for that purpose. The lumbar support is the best I've seen in any chairs, even ones which are much more expensive. Since it is very easy to adjust I often increase or decrease the amount of pressure based on how much I feel I need the arch support at the moment. It might be nice to have more granularity in this regard, but I can't complain about what the current design of the chair offers. The adjustable recline strength is also a great feature. It took a long time to spin the knob to get it how I wanted, but it is so nice being able to lean back at any time and still have the chair supporting my back. A lot of chairs with this feature are either far too stiff or they don't push back strong enough to offer support. Being adjustable means that anybody can find the perfect balance for them. If I remember correctly, there are fifty levels of adjustment for this feature, so you can make very minor adjustments if needed. At 170cm tall with a narrow build I find the back rest to be the perfect height and width for me. The shallow curve supports the shoulders well. I don't feel that I'm forced to arch forward like I often do when sitting in larger chairs. I did not buy the optional headrest because I often have my hair tied in a bun at the back and I expect that would be very uncomfortable. When I don't have my hair tied up I do find that the mesh doesn't pull on it like some mesh fabrics would. That's a huge plus for anybody with long hair since it means you don't have to worry about constantly having strands plucked.
