Performance:Extremely Disappointed – Poor Product Quality and Dismissive Seller I purchased a Logitech Pro X Superlight 2 mouse from this seller, and the scroll wheel arrived extremely stiff and uncomfortable to use. It was nothing like the smooth scrolling I experienced with demo units in physical stores. I submitted a return and refund request with clear video evidence, but the seller was completely dismissive and unprofessional. They ignored my points, claimed it was “normal,” and sent back the item without resolving anything. Shopee ended up siding with the seller despite my detailed explanation and proof, and I was forced to accept the item back. I’m now stuck with an expensive product I can’t comfortably use, and this experience has been incredibly frustrating. Buyers beware – the seller does not take usability issues seriously and may refuse to support you if the product doesn’t meet your expectations. I strongly recommend purchasing from a more responsive and customer-focused seller.
