Nobl Travel Carry-On Luggage Set All In One Luggage & Suitcase Set Cubes

Wow! Absolutely LOVED this carry on!! First let me say that after a couple of mistakes, totally my fault, customer service at NOBL is phenomenally awesome in my opinion!!! No details needed but I was leaving in 3 days and this carry on held everything I needed and was so super convenient during my long layovers. I am not an "over packer" so this was perfect but if you pack a lot of stuff you wont really be able to use the external part that holds your electronics without it bulging a little bit. However, I was able to fit both my power banks in there, my iPad, NC Headphones, and my important paperwork in it. It made it easy to access without having to open the entire case or go digging through my backpack. At first I thought it was kind of a silly add-on but the cup holder was actually pretty awesome to have. All of that was great BUT... The wheels. I LOVED the wheels!!! They rolled so effortlessly through the airport, the carpet, the street, the less than pleasant parking lot with all of its cracks and chunks....I NEVER struggled at all rolling this case anywhere I went. That truly made it completely awesome for me because if it doesn't roll well and your struggling to get it from place to place it will just add to your frustration no matter how great the luggage is. The locks were easy to "program" and use. You can have 3 different combos if you so desired. I used just the one combo but they were east to set, the dials moved easily, and the locks held very securely. Couldn't ask for much more than that. The handles were comfortable and sturdy. The drag handle, even at full extension, felt sturdy and balanced. The size of the carry on was perfect too and I never had any issues getting it on any over head compartment of the airplanes I was on. Even as packed as I had it (in my way of packing) it was balanced and easy to lift and manipulate into the compartment. I usually don't have much to say when it comes to product surveys and such but I was really impressed and happy with this carry on and wanted to share because, importantly to me, it started with the customer service. THAT is worth its weight in gold to me in today's day and age and to have a product that reflected that same value in its construction and use, deserved a good review.
