I bought this bed because it offered an internal split, which I have enjoyed from other companies. I ordered plush and my partner ordered medium. I don't know in what world this mattress is considered plush. It was hard as a rock and I slept terribly, frequently waking up in the middle of the night and experiencing lots of back and shoulder pain. I ended up buying a medium mattress elsewhere that is head and shoulders softer than this mattress. I'm having such a hard time getting in contact with customer service to return it, so buyer beware!
