The Theragun Prime Plus is the most amazing massager we have ever tried. It comes with 4 attachments, one is a heated attachment that really works on muscles that are sore and stiff by relaxing and working the muscle. The dampener attachment which is my personal favorite is for use on tender or sensitive muscles to relieve aches and pains. Then there is the standard ball which is good for tension and activation. Last but not least is has a wedge to scrape and flush muscles around the shoulder blades for those hard to get to spots. My husband always hurts after working in yard and the Theragun has been great and has helped relieve the pain he gets in his back and shoulders so much. The heated attachment is his favorite because he can feel the heat get to the muscle. We have tried others and none of them can provide the relief he gets using the Theragun. I use it in the evening to relax my muscles before bed and I have been sleeping so much better releasing the stress that builds up in my muscles. The directions are clear and easy to follow. The app was easy to load and use. It comes with guidance cards to help you understand which attachment to use and how long. It not loud at all so you can use anytime without disturbing anyone else. The battery life is great. The grip design is so cool and makes it easier to get to areas on your own. It’s rechargeable so no cord to deal with. I can’t wait to get the other attachments that are sold separately which includes a cold attachment.
