Click on any item in EAP 's wishlist to see purchase options. Items can be marked as purchased to avoid duplicates, and EAP  will be notified when gifts are purchased.

Yes! Purchased items are marked so you can avoid buying duplicates. The wishlist owner won't see who purchased what until after the occasion.
