Given that the bike is delivered in a crate, it is imperative for trade partners to engage a qualified motorcycle mechanic for proper assembly. Failure to adhere to this prerequisite will result in the nullification of the trade warranty associated with the bike. To initiate a trade warranty claim, a copy of the bike's Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) must be provided. For eligibility under the trade warranty, it is mandatory to register the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) of the bikes with Stomp Distribution. In the event of battery failure within the stipulated warranty period, a replacement will be provided (All depleted batteries should be returned to Stomp Distribution for recycling). Diagnosis of a fault must be conducted by an authorized EBOX dealer. Batteries will not be eligible for coverage if brake kill switches are removed or if the instructions outlined in the EBOX user manual are not adhered to. Specifically, during periods of vehicle inactivity, it is essential to recharge the battery at least once a month until regular use is reinstated. Failure to turn off the power switch or neglecting to charge the product for an extended duration may result in the battery reaching a state where it is unable to retain a charge.Motor, Controller, and Other Components: Coverage: 6 months from the date of purchase. Stomp Distribution provides a trade warranty for the motor, controller, and all other electric bike components, excluding wear and tear parts. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a failure of any of these components within the specified trade warranty period, replacement parts will be sent to be fitted by a qualified mechanic. Warranty invalid if EBOX modified or upgraded in any way.
