Typically, this is completely unnoticeable once the image is in the frame, however some marks may be visible at the right angle. Additionally, it's very likely that scratches will develop over time due to normal wear and tear. Due to the made-to-order nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there are issues with your order, please let us know! You'll receive a message containing a photo of your order being shipped upon request. Minimal tracking is provided through Etsy's shipping partner Pitney Bowes. This means that the tracking service provided will only occasionally update or may not update at all depending on the practices of the USPS.
