Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Mix butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and combined. 3. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined. 4. Add flour, baking soda, and pinch of salt and mix to form a dough. 5. Fold the mini chocolate chips into the dough. 6. Scoop ½ tablespoon sized dough balls and put on a baking sheet greased or lined with parchment paper. 7. Bake for about 4-6 minutes.
