Greetings Famalam, I hope this message finds you all as well as can be expected in light of our current tumultuous times. As some of you may already know, I suffered a severe injury just before Christmas due to a bad fall that caused me to tear all 3 tendons in my right hamstring which now requires surgery unfortunately. My surgery is scheduled for next Monday 2/2/26 and I will be in a brace and on crutches for at least 6 weeks post-op. A dear friend suggested that I create a registry of items that would be helpful while I am out of commission in recovery. Any support would be greatly appreciated!!
