2.5/5 PROS + Does a nice job for the size and price …when it works + Good customer service - honors warranty (not always easy to keep valid, though). + Nice looking CONS - Unit fails after a short amount of time. - Warranty only valid if you only use Medify brand filters, which wouldn’t be an issue, but… - Filters are really expensive and not always available for purchase. Loved it at first, but then they significantly raised the price of the filters, then they weren’t available for multiple months - so we had to either go without an air purifier, buy off-brand filters and void the warranty, or buy another air purifier. We opted to buy another air purifier, so this one became mostly useless to us. We ended up buying another new filter when they were finally available, then two months later the unit stopped working properly and we had to get a replacement. Too many issues for me to recommend. Wouldn’t buy again.
