Where do I begin with this company? My K-Supreme Plus coffee maker ($240 retail) started acting up after having it for a year and half. The final nail in the coffin was frying the computer while trying to descale the coffee maker. I followed the instructions TO A TEE on their website for how to descale yet somehow it killed the unit and it wouldn’t turn back on. I call their customer service line and (shocker), their warranty is only good for one year. I had the coffee maker for less than two years. The best they could do was offer me 35% off a brand new coffee maker on their website (which they mark WAY up compared to buying at Costco) with “free shipping” which they offer anyway on any purchase over $50. After more prodding from myself, she also threw in a 24 pack of K-cups which would have to be a separate transaction and I’d have to cover the shipping costs for it. Bush league. I decided to downgrade to the K Supreme Single Serve which still cost me $130 with the discount. This thing is so cheaply made. It’s clunky, pure plastic garbage and nowhere near as nice as the Plus I used to have. How can a company feel right about dumbing down a product that much? I have no doubt that this thing will break in no time and it will be the LAST Keurig product I buy.
