Anker Soundcore Q20i Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Headphones

I bought these at Incredible Connection, Nicolway, Bryanston. The sound quality is good, no complaints about that. They fit comfortably on the head and you can wear them for long hours. Noise cancelling feature ensures you do not hear external sounds. Transparency mode is good as you can listen to your audio whilst also hearing what is happening around you. For meetings, they do not entirely block out other sounds which was my main reason for the purchase, but now most applications also allow you to minimise external noises. Above all, the plastic build started off by cracking, small bits and pieces in the first few weeks of purchase and over time, the plastic has completely shattered. A cheaper headset that I bought for a fifth of the price had much better plastic than these and never cracked. I also bought at the same time with this purchase, a Volkano headset for a quarter of the price and the build is much better. Overal rating is based on the quality of the build. In terms of sound, I have no issue with that. My review is 1 year after my purchase though, they started falling apart about 6 weeks after purchase and unfortunately, no returns.
