First, the dried basil has always been a thing I avoid because, until now I've never had the good stuff. This jar of Provençal Basil is definitely THE GOOD STUFF. Smells sweet like basil, not dusty musty and bland like the grocery store floor sweepings. This jar won't last long. Second, I've used half the jar of Herbs and Garlic already! I put that $#;t on everything! Hatch Chili has a sneak-up-you, delicious heat level. Will need another jar soon. Have never met a Harrissa I didn't like, this one is complex and amazing. The Buffalo Ginger was a revelation! Floral, spicy, sweet but not too assertive. This was an A+++ club purchase.
