The quality of the reproduced images was surprisingly poor. So much detail was lost, and the overall effect was muddy. If I had known it would look like this, I would never have spent any money. I considered asking for a refund or having the images reproduced again with better quality, but I wasn't up for the fight, especially since there's no way to reach a human being through the website. It's all just automated forms like this one. If someone actually reads this, I deeply doubt they will follow-up with me. But I'm happy to be proven wrong.
