I purchased this roaster oven for one purpose: to cook the turkey, thereby freeing up our regular oven to cook other dishes. It did the job. The cooking temperature seemed accurate. The lid shape handled moisture well. The metal rack is balanced and it was easy to remove the turkey. It’s a nice looking appliance as well, guests actually commented on its looks. Cleanup was easy.
