Ongoing unanswered questions, with no reply from vendor: I purchased the lilypelle adult electric trike. How do I change the display from kilometers per hour to miles per hour?

I have ordered the electric trike 3 times. 1st bike did not work with cart. 2nd one wrong bike sent, assembler says was “tapped right” he also bragged that he would get paid even if he did not do the job, so I question if the trike was defective. Trying to ship item back, FED EX want to charge $600.00. I have already ordered the replacement from Lilly Pell so it will be here Monday. So now I have 2 I don’t want or need. It looks like guarantee from Walmart. It is not. It is third party contracted. I’ll be out about 1500 dollars, no bike, no dog trailer. Let that be a lesson to me.
