Vevor does normally price their products very well. This unit I bought for my wife mostly to cook a Turkey Dinner The directions are a little vague so I suggest you experiment with it depending on your altitude and use a good quality meat thermometer It does quick a lot faster and my wife likes the idea that it frees up her oven for other things It did cook a 25 pound turkey but it was a snug fit I am sure we will get a lot of use out of it My wife likes it so Happy Wife Happy Life
