Quince Women Italian Leather Triple Compartment Shopper Tote

I like this bag a lot, but I can't say that I love it! Pros: the middle zipper compartment is the perfect size for my 15" MacBook Air (2024/2025) and a slim notebook/calendar. The bag is well crafted, I love the shape of it, love that it holds its shape; the stitching is beautiful and it's the perfect kind of leather for the bag, nice and durable, not too soft, not too prone to scratches. LOVE the feet on the bottom. Cons: The internal pockets take up a good bit of the internal volume of the bag, so much so that I took a seam ripper to the larger single pocket and took it right out. I immediately liked the bag more. But, for the size of it, it holds surprisingly little. If you have more than a 20-ish oz water bottle with a >2.75" diameter, it's not going in this bag with much of anything else, and/or it's going to bulge on the side the water bottle is on. It's also too large to comfortably sit *next to my feet* in the front footwell of any of our cars (at least not without bending or distorting the bag) and is prone to scuffs, particularly from my white shoes with white suede accents. (It does fit in the footwell by itself.) It comfortably holds laptop, calendar/notebook, phone, and computer accessories (charger and cables, mouse, keyboard), but I end up having to wrangle the straps/handles because they are always in the way-- doing things one-handed with this bag is a challenge.
