As appears to be the case for others, this arrived bent (the metal word part). It is not protected at all when shipped. Also, the plastic acorns are really cheap looking. That being said, I was able to reshape the “Thankful” part and I don’t think anyone will notice the damaged paint on it, and I was easily able to cut out those acorns without affecting the overall look. The velvet pumpkins are really nice. Still happy with this purchase.
