I am an experienced seanstress. I own a PFAFF 5.2 which is a very complex machine that I absolutely love. So when my daughter (she 9 years old) became interested in sewing we tried my machine, but it was just too complicated for her. So I researched the best sewing machines for beginners. I imagined it would be a smaller, simple, cheaper machine that beginners would have the most success with, but then I found this one on google as being good for beginners. Despite it being slightly more expensive a little more complex than what I originally imagined for her first machine. Now after using it myself seeing her use it I have to say it was worth every penny I would even pay not too complicated for her at all. At least with my guidance it isn’t. I can’t guarantee it will be as easy to use without some guidance from someone knowledgeable on sewing machines, but I would definitely recommend this one.
