I purchased this mattress on March 14, 2024 at my local Sam's Club. At first I loved this mattress but for over the last 3 months it has failed. It is no longer holding it's shape and within 3 hours of first laying down I wake up in a hole. My back is killing me and it is so uncomfortable. My husband has assisted me in turning the mattress (not over) multiple times but it has not helped. I am so unsatisfied with the quality of this mattress and to have paid $640.93 for this mattress at this poor quality.
