I really want to love this guy, but... The overall look of the Plague Doctor is great. The clothing, animation, sound, and design are all impressive. Now, the bad news: I'm on my second one and am about to return it. The first one made loud, gear-grinding noises when activated. I contacted customer service and sent them several videos that showed what was happening. I was told it was defective and to return it because no replacement parts were available. I then ordered a second one. I put it together as soon as it arrived. This one is better, but it still makes grinding noises. Not as bad as the first, but apparent. Do I keep a $200 prop that isn't quite right and will probably fail, or return it and try again? IDK
