Gruesome Grounds Animated LED Plague Doctor

This is my husband's favorite decoration. And trust me that says a lot, he doesn't like anything! I call him mister picky. He told me I was crazy to purchase it because it was expensive. However, when he pressed the button on the display at home depot, he immediately grabbed it and put it in the cart and luckily because it was the last one! There was an associate from home depot, helping a couple look for him. My husband was laughing because the associate was saying, "there should be one more here somewhere", but we had him in the cart. He never helps assemble anything i purchase either. I always have to get my teenage son to help me But this one was different. He wanted to open him up immediately! He looks great next to my other monsters. He's keeping my Frankenstein company. But... the staff won't light up :( . I called customer service, but no response.Hopefully they will respond soon. I do not want to return him because I would not be able to receive another since he is sold out everywhere. For the price I paid, I want him to work without any issues.
