Personalized Wedding Gift Portrait Wedding Sign Photo

The packaging is horrible. The canvas is completely unprotected. \n\nThe shipping is through UPS and since they cheaped out on the packing and there’s no warning labels on the outside my canvas came damaged. The box is smashed and so is the canvas. \n\nUpon reaching out to the vender, I was told that I need to start a claim with UPS. I only have 48 hrs to do so. Then I MIGHT get another canvas shipped. And that I on\n\nNo refund is available even though this is a wedding gift and it will no longer be here in time. \n\nI will not be starting a dispute with UPS. If I did, all I would be telling them is that the packing is horrible and no where does it say fragile. So it’s not their fault. \n\nOnly thing that might have been their fault...they left it at my gate for me to find later instead of bringing it up the drive. \n\nDO NOT BUY FROM THEM
