Chefs Kiss: The ISO 100 flavors are a perfect blend of smooth mouth watering Vanilla Bean, and the Cocoa Pebbles is a Malt Chocolate lovers dream; both are super-delicious separately or together. I bought both flavors to mix 1/2 and 1/2 for a Vanilla Bean Malt Chocolate Protein Shake. (1/2 scoop Vanilla + 1/2 scoop Cocoa Pebbles = recommended serving; or approximately 38 Grams total). So far there hasn't been any muscle cramping from adding additional protein > 25 Grams/serving based on 0.8 Gram/per 1 Kg of body weight per RDA. The cost is kind of high comparatively- but the quality of the product and the ingredients used justify the extra $. BCAAs added is a definite plus. The protein powder Mixes well with a blender bottle! A++. Product quality consistency over time has been maintained verifiably by the fact that I started using this brand when it first came out when it was named Elite Gourmet by Dymatize. This is a 5 Star ?? product !
