Best Friend Gift Box

I hate submitting bad reviews, but here we go. I ordered 5 of these boxes - each one different for each of my employees. They came in one box, without any labels to differentiate them. I had to break the satin bow and open the box to see who it was for. The boxes are VERY hard to open, so that was painful for me. \nEach box that I ordered was supposed to come with a heart coaster. They came with a snowflake coaster, which is not the Valentine theme that I purchased. \n\nAlso, the blanket is not pink as it appears in the picture.
