All Clad Rectangular Stainless Roaster with Rack and Thermometer

I have always just put roasts on to of vegetables or something to lift them from the bottom of the pan. I finally broke down and purchased the all clad roaster and I’m hooked. I love the stainless steel pan because I get the brown bits (kitchen) gold and don’t have to worry about using any utensils. Then, I get the best of both worlds because the rack is nonstick and super easy to clean. It’s hefty, so the roast lifts out so easily. I am so glad I finally purchased this roasting pan. I use is all the time now
