Personalized Hearts Four-Across Game

Bought this item for a Mother's Day surprise (mom's name + two kids). Was very well received and looks super cute on a shelf. I liked the multiple choices for color of the playing chips (I settled on red and blue because of the pop of color against the stained wood). The chips slide through well. Delivery was efficient. Overall, I had no problems. The only thing I wish was possible is adjusting the names so that they can be arranged in more of a "crossword" way, rather than just aligned line by line. I don't recall there being a "note to seller" or "special instructions" section to see if this is even possible. Overall, I would definitely recommend. It's sure to bring a lot of smiles and it's perfect for a sick or rainy day activity.
