Professional Photo Books

Honestly really disappointed with my first photo album from this site. My book ended up being printed on Pearl paper (not even sure how that happened considering that is not a paper option that shows up anywhere so I don't think I could have accidentally clicked it). The pearl paper makes the photos shiny and glittery and ruins fine detail including people's expressions in smaller photos. As soon as I received the book, I emailed the customer support but I have not heard anything back. When I tried to use all of the "Live Chat" and support options on the site, I would be told after 15 minutes that I was "entered into the queue" for a real agent before being redirected back to the AI agent after another 15 minutes. At this point, I'm writing this review to try and get some attention from customer support. I'm super disappointed because this was a Christmas Gift and I'm left with almost no options at this point if I want a new one to arrive in time.
