The quality is incredible - the pictures look beautiful. The book and the weight of the pages feel so lux. I am truly enjoying seeing my pictures in the book so much more than on a computer screen. The only reason for four stars is the software . The software was in some ways very easy to work with and in other ways buggy. I was able to try out different layouts easily and get a good sense of how they would look. (Though everything looked even better in person!) However, it took so long to upload pictures I had to do them in batches of 25 and then it was impossible to organize them. I also made the mistake of uploading some websize photos by accident and had to spend way too much time double-checking that the images in the books were all high rez. So, I would prioritize the time to upload your pictures properly. Because of the way the system is, I couldn't easily go back and find the websize photos to delete. The other thing that was frustrating about the software was that I couldn't just copy the design to other books. I was making our wedding album and our parents' albums. Ideally, I wanted to design our album then copy what I did into smaller albums for the parents then just make a few minor adjustments. The software wouldn't let me! I didn't realize this until I had already put 15-20 hours into our album. So, I had to redo ALL MY WORK. It was maddening. Such a waste of time. To be clear, you can 'buy another' album after you have purchased an album. But, you can't change the size of the album. And alas, I couldn't spend $300 a piece on two more albums for my parents. So as long as you understand the limitations of the software, the product you will get at the end will be stunning.
