Every single picture of their product on Etsy shows capital letters used. And while their instructions say to “write your information as you wish it to appear,” it specifies spelling, punctuation etc. It does NOT note that you have to use all caps if you expect your design to be capitalized. So I was disappointed when my glasses arrived with only the first letter capitalized (which is what I wrote in the customization field). They just don’t look as nice as the ones pictured on Etsy. The glasses and etching are good quality for a good price so I would order again from them but be very exact on my order. It’s too bad they don’t do proofs for orders or they could probably avoid a lot of customer dissatisfaction.
