1. Quality concerns – The mirror I received is significantly thinner and more fragile than described. If a replacement has the same specifications, it will not resolve the issue. 2. Defective material – The glass has a coating or surface issue that prevents it from being properly cleaned. Since this seems to be an inherent quality issue, I am concerned that a replacement will have the same problem. 3. Product mismatch – The item does not match the advertised description, making it unsuitable for my needs.
