The unit came scratched and damaged. They already replaced one, however this time it was just a few scratches so we decided to try an use the marker that comes with the unit. It was dried up. I spent 1 and half with some Call Center who knows where.. and they were unable to even understand the issue after providing them with the model number, order etc.. It was a classic idiotic interaction with inept customer service reps. It is a waste of resources for everyone to keep exchanging units.. We spent over 6000K in this closet line. Something so simple as the marker became probably hundreds of dollars, wasted time etc. So, stick with some other brand if you can.
