Motorola Moto G Power 5G

Thought this phone would be an upgrade from my TCL phone. This phone is VERY SLOW to charge and will not accept a charging block that charges faster. It also lost touch sensitivity after 5 days of use (no damage incurred), even after I I REMOVED the screen protector, tap/touch sensitivity did NOT improve. This is very disheartening when you are trying to answer a call that you think is urgent or even when trying to make a call. I am beginning to think that the phones that are offered with the Tracfone bundle on QVC were unloaded to them for a reason - they were not popular sellers or reliable on direct retail. If you get frustrated not being able to answer a call or open apps after repeated touches this is NOT the phone for you.
