DSG Ultimate Backpack 5.0

Zipper broke on 2nd day of school. Store refused to take return because it wasn't sellable condition. I had bought extended warranty, but warranty company said it was within store return window and Dick's should refund it. So much for "NO SWEAT WARRANTY". AFter an hour on the phone with Dick's and multiple attempts with warranty company, I believe the warranty is going to cover the claim even though it is supposed to start at end of manufacturers warranty.....apparently Dick's has no MFG warranty on these???? I would not buy this again and move back to Adidas. Our Adidas backpack is still in great shape after 12 + months of use...even the zippers.
