Claudette Text Stoneware Picture Frame

I bought this as a gift in December, just before my friend left the country. When I tried to insert the photo, the back was very stiff and difficult to pry open without damaging it—so I pulled it using the easel, and the entire back ripped off. I had to buy a replacement and wait until she returned last month to finally give it to her. Now I’m stuck with a ripped, unusable frame that can’t be repaired.
