I bought this because the internet said it was the best. You are really paying for the aesthetic and brand name. The stitching isn’t great. There are loose ends of threads that are somewhat obvious, and there are many of them. The top handle is stitched off-center on my bag. After minimal use, the paint is chipping on the d-rings. I reached out to support and was told these are all normal things. Also it should be noted that it’s not easy to clean. It’s really just a backpack with a few extras to qualify it as a diaper bag… I expected better quality for the price. If I were able to return it, I would.
