Whenever I purchase any product, like a power tool or electronics , I always register it with the manufacturer. I purchased the Ryobi Bluetooth speaker , PAD01B, and about 10 months of heavy use in the Florida Sun the rubber carrying strap broke and it was unrepairable. Using Ryobi Rapid Repair Service I returned it and it was deemed unrepairable and Ryobi replaced it. It took a long time to receive the replacement but it was during two back to back hurricanes, Helene and Milton. It's also a very good sounding speaker with long battery life with the 4 AH 18V One+ batteries.
